Works very well. There are 'bumps' when passing the 'rack splice' but I'm told that is normal. One of the remotes has a problem, but the installing company said they would replace it when the unit is inspected. There is a screw that holds one of the padded arms to the frame that was burred when it was put together. I would like a maintenance manual, but I'm told that is not possible. II worked for IBM in the sixties repairing the unit record machines and I still have a curiosity about how mechanical things work. THANKS Bob Walters Portland, OR

The installers were great took the time to explain ,install ,double check and did not leave until we understood everything . We enjoy the stairlift ,easy to use no bells and whistles .what you see is what u get .

Love my chair lift. allows me easy acess to our basement.

Initially, I thought the trip charge & the cost of the lift chairs were high, but I have not had any thing previously to compare the chairs too. However, due to the cost of fixing the unit we had, they did give us a discount on the bigger unit & the additional trip charge.The men were very accommodating & courteous & our chairs are working great. If needed, we would definitely use this company in the future & would highly, recommend them to anyone.
