Excellent lift. Exactly what I needed.

I just love my chair!

We are sorry we waited so long to get a stair lift. Didn't want to admit we needed one. I had read reviews on Bruno stair lifts and the high recommendations they've received from prior clients. The price was much lower than we had anticipated, we agreed we would get at least four other offers, but when he told us the price, we agreed we wouldn't get a better offer and a Bruno to boot. My husband uses it daily and now goes up the stairs for things he needs and doesn't send me to fetch it. I use it on laundry day for the baskets up and down. What a relief on my back and safety for not having to carry laundry and hold on to the handrail. I know it will be there for me when I need it. The whole process was so smooth, the personnel, so reassuring and professional, in a blink of an eye it was installed. I waved to my husband on his maiden voyage using the stair lift and he hasn't complained about the steps since that day.

Would have added auto extender but too expensive

Nice looking, well functioning product..

No friction but the installation was delayed. Otherwise, very good service. Will recommend them.( Already did once)

Quality equipment. Very professional sales and installation.

It’s a Godsend. Helps me keep my independence. Couldn’t ask for a more reliable stair lift. Would recommend it
