Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Everyone I have dealt with have been very helpful and courteous.

While moving, there is a cracking/snapping sound at the halfway point in both directions. Two service calls and two different technicians tried to fix it. The last tech. said it was normal. Now with the chair parked at the bottom, the chair surges and move extra slow until it passes the slow down area of the rail. Chair has been installed month and half and going on third service call. NOTE- Chair cracking sound still not fixed. If I would have been told chair would make that sound at time of purchase it would not be in my home.

Great stairlift!

The chair is great. Installation was easy and fast and our installer was friendly and professional.

It has been a life saver!

the quality is great.

Fast clean transaction and install

The company was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the products they were selling and installing. The products were installed within 6 days of the purchase. The installers went over all the working fundamentals with me until I felt comfortable working the lifts. They are amazing!!! Life is so much easier with them.
