Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

The installers were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient in their work!

good product, good installation, works well

After researching other brands of stair lifts, we chose Bruno. The dealership we purchased the stair lift from was very helpful with explaining how it worked and they were so easy to work with. The fact that Bruno is made in the USA was a big factor. We felt confident that we were making the right choice. We love our Bruno stair lift. It fits in nicely with our decor and is a very smooth and quiet ride! It even works great with sending baskets of laundry up and down our steps. We highly recommend the Bruno stair lift.

Outdoor chair is a life saver. Installation was quick and it has operated perfectly. Without the ability to have a stair lift that works on our 9-step outdoor stairway, we would not be able to stay in our home, even though the interior space is perfectly accessible. With the remotes, it even comes in handy for moving groceries and other heavy packages between the garage and the house. Bonus.

From the sale, to the installation to its daily use, we couldn't be happier with our Bruno stair lift. It allows my husband a little more freedom to use the second floor. I use it to carry laundry and cleaning items up and down the stairs.

We indicated we wanted one, but were in the middle of renovations. Jody, of EZAble, waited patiently until we were ready. She had the chair delivered promptly and installed. The entire process start to finish was professional and easy. Thank you, Jody! We have been using it a lot since the install. It rides smoothly, looks good and with the remotes we can place it out of sight when not in use. It is allowing me to do many things that I had previously thought I might not be able to do any longer. So glad I decided to do this.

Awesome customer service, excellent product.
