We've been using the stairlift for several months.
We've been using the stairlift for several months now and it really is the only way my wife can have access to the second floor of our home. She is so happy that we got one! The Bruno lift does everything that we hoped it would do and works as expected.

The stair lift is wonderful.
The stair lift is wonderful. Wish it would go a little faster especially going down. Wish we could send the chair up and down without holding the up-and-down button when no one’s on the chair. Please let me know when you can modify the chair operation as I noted above thank you. Joseph Farace 707 480 2282

I have eleven steps from porch to ground. I am on oxygen. Without my Bruno Stairlift, I would not leave my home until I had to. Bruno has given me the freedom of a social life again.

Bruno believes it's important that you are both completely satisfied with the stairlift, and happy and confident in the installation of it by our independently-owned Bruno dealer. We will be reaching out to you to hear more about your situation and try to gain resolution for you.
