Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Installers efficient and friendly. Office workers sometimes had their information mixed up, but overall, everything was fine and now have a fine working stairlift. Thank You Ronald Schwartz

We installed the Bruno Elan stairlift for my 96 year old mother. It works very well, however I have one safety concern. Mom holds onto the arms when she is getting on the chair and then when she is getting off. She has accidentally pushed the lever at the end of the arm and the chair has started to move. It started to go upstairs with her before I put the seatbelt on and the footrest down. It is in a place where someone with dementia can just push it. think it would be safer if the lever was in a location where you have to be intentional about activating it rather than in a place it can be accidentally activated. Thank you.

So pleased with our stairlift! Everything has worked perfectly and I was so concerned about the look of the lift as it is right at our front door. No worries! Looks great and the workmanship is pleasing to look at!

Everyone loves it I have no complaints.

works great..

does everything I expected, a great investment, tremendous aid for my wife for whom we purchased she is delighted.

It works great. There are some days when I use it more than once to go upstairs. It runs smoothly and gets me upstairs much faster than I can get there without it. I really like how it turns at the top of the stairs for me to get out of. I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a lift chair.

Wonderful, and wonderful people to work with
