Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

The chair lift was installed by a team of men that got the job done good. Now I can get to the top of the stairs and back feeling safe.

What a life saver for me! Now I can go down to my rec room and media room and not have to worry about falling down the steps. The only thing I wish is that it was a little bit faster. My wife says I need to "turbo" boast it!!

Love the chair. Very quiet. Does exactly what I need.

The people were here on time, gave us an estimate. The installation was done on time as promised. We have had no problems using the stairlift. Something that is disconcerting is the noise the extension makes when it unfolds but that is not the fault of the installers. Fortunately, this is in a house and not in an apartment where that noise would probably not be acceptable.

The stair lift that was purchased for my 90 year old father, is everything expected. Every aspect of the lift has satisfied our needs. A quality unit that is durable and worth every penny. The installation, done by Alliance, our dealer, was outstanding and completed in about 3 hours. Looks like it came with the home. No changes to the house required. I would recommend Bruno to anyone.

Very pleasant experience. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, friendly, and easy going, from the salesman, the office personnel, and to the installer.

From the time the gentleman came into my home to take the measurements for my stairlift, up until the time it was installed, the employees were extremely professional. Once installed the men made sure the seat was the right height for me and made all adjustments. They made sure I knew how to operate it before they left. It sure is nice to get my independence back. Thank you.

The whole experience of the purchase and installation was wonderful. The installers were very personal and worked diligently, very little time to lnstall. Explained how to use the stairlift. Would recommend them to any and everyone.
