Piece of crap , stay away
i have used this stairlift for 6 months now. It is a terrible product. the remotes work sometimes, and do not work at other times. It is frsutrating. I have tried all options to change batteries, contract customer service and escalated , alas after spending $2500 on this piece of crap, i am getting ready to return it. The lift itself is very sensitive, and any person touching any other part of the lift will render it useless. of course not installed well by the installer is another problem.

The entire team that installed the stairlift was very helpful friendly and efficient. They pointed out that in Virginia stairlifts are excluded from sales tax if medically necessary, saving me some money!

5 Stars
I compared several chair-lifts before buying a Bruno. Installation was scheduled quickly and the installers were polite and professional. It works great and looks good. Such peace of mind to have something safe and reliable for my mother

An easy way to avoid slipping and falling My home office as well as my paining studio and wood working shop are in the basement of our home and that meant walking up and down the stairs several times a day; not a smart thing to do if you are 82. I have been using the stair lift for a month or so now and wish I had made the decision to have one installed much earlier.
