Beware if purchasing from Mobility Works or Mobility ASAP
After purchasing my first Bruno I had to purchase another and after getting ill again, had to purchase a different model so I decided to purchase from the same company Mobility ASAP for the second. Big mistake. Their customer service is horrible and as of today after spending thousands of dollars I have a chair I'm still unable to use. Contacted manufacturer to no avail. The chair because of how it was measured and installed poses a threat to my safety when having to call for the EMTs. I have tried unsuccessfully to speak with the owner only to be returned to my original salesperson. After being hospitalized and returning home I received an additional bill from them after paying in full. The bill I received showed that my insurance company paid 80% and I was responsible for 20%. This was not an insurance claim.. After calling and being told that I needed to speak with Courtney, leaving Courtney several messages which she never returned my calls, I have given up. This can't be the company I purchased my first chair from because I had nothing less than excellent customer service and followup to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. Had I known this was going to be a nightmare I would've purchased from another distributor. I like the product that Bruno makes but I believe when spending thousands of dollars the company should followup to see how they can help resolve issues between their distributor and customer instead of referring you back to the distributor who passes you from one person to another. Do not buy from Mobility ASAP which is now a branch of Mobility Works.
