Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

Our Bruno stair lift was recommended by an older local neighbor who noticed my difficulty with steps and stairs and mentioned a company that sold and installed the stair lift he bought for his elderly parents. We called that company and had a salesman come to our home. We were very impressed with the Bruno Elite stair lift and visited the company's offices to see and operate that model. We had the stair lift installed and have been enjoying the operation of the unit for about 3 weeks. Easy to operate, very quiet, and a great way to keep our home accessable.

My 90 year-old Mother lives in an assisted living facility in Iowa and I was bringing her to my home to visit her family here in Chicagoland. When she was here last year the stairs to the upper level of our house were a struggle, and I knew she wouldn't be able to maneuver them this year. I knew I couldn't get a custom made curved stairlift installed before her arrival this past summer, so I contacted a local Bruno rep and they installed a rental lift to accommodate Mom during her first visit this year and it really helped a lot. When it was time for a second visit from Mom this fall we had the permanent curved stairlift installed and she absolutely loves it because of the mobility it provides for her. I am very well pleased with the quality and ease of operation of this purchase, and if my Mom is happy then I'm happy!

The men who came to install the stair lift were so nice and helpful. the stair lift has helped me so much.

Love my stair chair. Smooth and easy to use. I wouldn't be able to get to the basement to do laundry without it.

The installer was polite professional and efficient, as was the person that came out and did the preliminary measurements and gave pertinent information. Because of the two door entry into the lower landing it can be a little awkward, but not impossible to negotiate. It serves the purpose of saving my knees, which is of great concern to me. It makes grocery day a piece of cake. I am so thankful for that too. The only problem I have had is that the chair arm that houses the controls fell down and hit my left arm, breaking the skin as I was preparing to get in the chair ready to sit in. It is healing quite well and I will be aware of that from now on. In todays world of 2nd story dwellings it is a God send for us elderly as well as handicapped.

Our Stairlift was installed in Pennsylvania while we were living in Arizona. We chose the model based on reviews we read. It was the right choice. The chair ride works beautifully. It is simple to operate. We needed a rail extension because the normal operation blocks a door into our garage. We chose the automatic version which has been a lifesaver.

I am very happy with my new "stair chariot". It is helping me to spend more time downstairs where my piano and sewing machine are, giving me an outlet to occupy my spare time with my hobbies. I use it at least once a day where before I would skip days before exerting the energy to go down and struggle back upstairs. I can't find anything to criticize unless it would be to wish that it was a little more streamlined to take up less room when it is parked at the top of the stairs. I love it! I feel so motivated to move around now that I can find something to do downstairs rather than become a "couch potato" upstairs.

I love my bruno chairs, there are so easy to operate....great job on installation, quiet chairs. I had 2 installed in my home,,,Best price on internet...Thanks a lot
