The stair lift has made it possible for my 91 year old mother to remain living with us. Our bedrooms are all on the second level. The stairs posed an obstacle to her. Now she is able to use the lift independently and goes up and down multiple times a day. We are very glad we got it and pleased that our local vendor could install it within a few days of our order. Factors that could influence a decision to install one: the stair well needs to be wide enough for other members of the household to still use the stairs, and the person using the lift needs to be able to follow/remember instructions to use safely. Remembering how to get on and off at the top of the stairs is important.

We are very pleased with our Bruno stair lift. It is quiet, efficient and minimally invasive of our space in the stairway.

Had the chair lift put in during construction of my new home. Staircase is six feet wide so lots of room. When it’s folded up people hardly notice it. Purchased it for the future as I am still physically fit but I have friends and family members who appreciate the ease of access. My apartment is above the garage with fourteen stairs to climb. Presently I use it to get the groceries up the stairs and luggage up and down. (Hope I can use it again for luggage soon)lol.

Installed quick and works great.

The chair is great and will help me to age in place. My only 2 complaints are that I wish i could adjust the speed as it is so slow; especially in bad weather and also the remote control is ridiculously large! I thought I would be able to carry it in my handbag.

well constructed lift, professionally installed.

We needed a chairlift that would fit in our narrow staircase without obstructing stair climbing. It folds compactly against the wall and rail is close to wall. Perfect! We especially like that the company representative is knowledgeable, straightforward, a good representative of a good company. Service, quality, price all excellent. Our Bruno stair lift was installed to assist my 91 year old mother, who has been living with us since the Covid-19 Pandemic started. It has enabled her to get to her bedroom and back to the upper floor any time that she wants to. Before we got this stair lift, she was dragging herself up the stairs and her knees would make the most terrible noises and were hurting her very badly. We will need to have a custom Bruno installed at her home after this is over, because she wants to stay in her home and she has a curved staircase. We do wish that the stair lift was a little more compact, since it does block half of our stairway when it is at the top (which is our common living area), but we would not want to be without it for her sake. We regret not getting it sooner. Thank you for making such a wonderful product. :)
