Great tech

Wonderful addition
Delivered and installed on time. Rich and Mike were professional, quick and didn’t leave a mess. Our 94 year old grandma uses it about ten times per day. Thank you.

4.5 Bruno is rugged and high quality.
Bruno Elan is of highest quality. It really feels secure when traveling up or down our stairs. I would give it 5 stars except for a few weaknesses in adaptability to our situation: 1) have to hold remote backwards when going down or think backwards 2) seat swivel must latch to travel; locking the latch jostles the rider. 3) fold up track end is great, but it seems the mechanism could be more narrow, which would place the track closer to the wall. 4) chair arms and seat belt work well, but would be helpful if chair arms could swivel even farther out of the way. Overall no complaints. 101Mobility install was completed within 18 hours of first contact. Techies were knowledgeable and quite efficient.

great assest for my husbans to go up and down the stairs--Bruno is great product and a big factor in having it installed that was made in USA

My stairlift work great
My stairlift work great. the only problem that I have noticed in the last couple of weeks is a slight grind and thump when running the chair down empty. Only the thumps can be heard when the chair down loaded. the thumps occur when the chair is approaching the area where the two pieces of track are joined. I will call the installers after Christmas festivities are over. No sense making Christmas any worse than the health authorities already have!! MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to all!

This unit is a replacement for a 15…
This unit is a replacement for a 15 year old Bruno chair stair seat. The older unit was wonderful I loved it as did my huband when he was alive. It was purchased by Canadian Vetrans Affairs. It died a dignified death of old age. This new Bruno is a replacement. It is more comfortable, quieter and smoother than the 15 year old model. I hope it proves over time to be as good and dependable.
