We purchased this item (stair chair) close to home..Liked the way it looked and was installed in two days....The installer was very neat and had been doing this work for many years....We are very pleased how easy it was. We had a used stair chair and feel like that was a mistake...for a thousand dollars more we could of had a new one installed. (However, our grandchildren pitched in last Christmas and bought the used one as a gift for one thousand dollars) That proves you get what you pay for...But the thought that they would do that for us makes us very happy......

I am very pleased with my stair lift. I t certainly performs as promised. The installation by Calgary Co-Op was efficient and the workers kept everything clean. If I had one small complaint I would like it to move a little faster but I am getting used to that.

Nate was on time, very professional, and very courteous. Was willing to work around the other contractors that were also here working. They started with the basement lift first so that the other contractor could get as much done upstairs before they put that lift in. They were very clean I could not tell that they had been working on my front porch assembling and cutting. He also made sure that I had all the information I needed to properly operate and maintain my new chairs lifts. I love these chairs. I have been using them for so many things. They have been great in helping not just to get me up and down my basement stairs and the stairs to my 2nd floor. I have used them to help move my laundry to moving the new tile I had purchased. I highly recommend.

(edit of my initial review, ya, it was pretty bad) I had some issues with the rollers on my Bruno chair lift. Dealing with my local installer things started getting pretty out of hand with prices and lack of coverage. After contacting Bruno directly on my own behalf, I found the experience to be quite different. It felt more inline with the warranty and family feel they talk about on their web page. I couldn't give a 5/5 star as I feel the rollers shouldn't be breaking down as they did..

Product performs as advertised. Very happy with them.

The unit did everything we wanted. It was reliable, never caused any problems.

Operates as advertised and looks good. No complaints at all.
