The Bruno unit has given my wife a chance to rest her legs coming upstairs to the bedroom and is improving her life style to help keep us in our multi-level home a few years longer.

Sturdy stair lift, seat swivel is limited to 45 degrees in one direction at top of stairs making getting on and off at bottom of stairs limited, unfortunately not helpful for my situation, we are purchasing an elevator to replace the stairlift.

Given my degenerative muscle disease, this lift has given much freedom back to me. I can move between floor levels in my home without fear of falling down the stairs. It truly has changed my life!!!

The chairlift works fine, but it's not anchored to the stairs tight enough, so we hear squeaking and creaking. We are requesting adjustment. My husband has trouble fitting his feet on the footplate because he has limited mobility to swing his legs.

My sister moved into our walkout basement. We wanted her to be able to come upstairs to eat with us. Her legs are weak so the Bruno chair brings her up everyday. The quality of the rail and the chair are amazing.. Thanks so much

As a foreword this is one of the best house toys we have. Convenient, safe, easy to use (well, almost) and reliable most of the time. I regret only scoring three stars, however response to the remote controls is sometimes erratic and somewhat unpredictable. And following Murphie’s (sic) Law, this occurs at the most inconvenient times. Also when the stairlift conducts its diagnostics, a P0 appears and flashes four times. The operator’s manual makes no reference to diagnostic P0. This matter has been related to the supplier and I am awaiting a response. By the way, supply and installation was quick and neat. The installation crew was most proficient, efficient, congenial and provided us a detailed easy to understand instruction about its use. When this glitch is resolved I will be most happy to update my evaluation.

poor response - as in none - to my request to complete the installation of support components, after I spent $860 on repairs. Arrow Lift of MN: stay away from them
