Hi, I'd like to give a review but the truth is, we never used the lift. I bought it for my mom who passed away before she could use it. It was installed on Dec 30th and we called 6 weeks later to see if they'll would buy it back since it was still brand new. The guy offered me $500! I paid $3400 six weeks prior. To say I was shocked is an understatement! I have to admit that I have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth for your company.
