Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

My only complaint is that the power supply emits a faint beep about once a second. In many circumstances it's not a problem since it's covered by normal environmental noise. But, in a quiet room it becomes annoying.

I was very impressed we were able to get the stairlift installed same day. thank you!

Excellent experience installing our chairlift

I am very happy with my new Bruno stairlift. It is a great help, not only in getting us up the stairs, but in carrying groceries and other heavy items from our basement to the main floor of our home. This will help us remain in the home we love for a longer period of time. Everyone connected with Bruno were very informative and the installation was well done.

The stair lift is easy to use and comfortable

It works well, however my husband thought it unnecessary to have a joint in the rail as it does vibrate when going over the joint. Our stairs needed an 11 foot rail, and he had assumed it would be one piece. It was for my elderly mother and she was alarmed the first few times using it.

Easy to use. Folds up nicely.

Great product, great prompt service and caring employees. Thank you for everything. Would recommend to anyone that they contact you!
