We live in a four level split so we had 2 units installed . Installation for both only took a couple of hours and we have now been using the units for just over 2 weeks. they certainly make getting up & down stairs a lot easier as I have balance problems especially when tired. Am having a little difficulty remembering to turn the seat at the top of the rise so get a little frustrated - shame there is no way to make it turn automatically.

It does what we wanted to do.

The installers were on time and did the installation very quickly. I think it was done with care. The lead man went over the operation of the unit. He was very careful concerning the battery operation and the electrical feed, which I found very important. I haven't had this unit long enough to do a complete evaluation, but so far it does the job very well.

We have had our Bruno chairlift since August 2022, and we love it. Would recommend it to anyone who has trouble climbing stairs.

Chair performs well, but the documentation is severely lacking. Some codes are provided, but the system provides codes not covered in the documentation. Chair seems to have a mind of it's own, because it constantly stops several times during it's operation. Support from the company's support staff was completely useless.

The Bruno works ok but the left arm rear loosened up and does not stay upright. The start up seems to go slow with weak thrust at times

We love it. They done such a good job installing it.
