I purchased an Elan Straight Stairlift…
I purchased an Elan Straight Stairlift to replace an Acorn for which parts were no longer available. The Elan is not as robust as the Acorn was - the seat isn't as solid on its support and the arms and footrest are somewhat flimsy by comparison. The lift also makes an inconsistent clicking noise when travelling up and down the stairs. Installer came a second time to adjust, post installation, but it made no difference and he said that was the best he could do. If this is Bruno's best, I'm disappointed with this purchase.

The installation was perfect
The installation was perfect, even though we gave Bruno a huge engineering challenge. The design involved three 90 degree turns and a 180 degree turn on our existing back stairs between our first and second floors. Delighted with the final installed product. It is a work of art.

Bruno Stairlift Customer Review
Good quality and reasonably priced product. Installer was very professional and answered all questions asked. From start to finish the installation time was surprisingly short.

It was positive from the very beginning, starting with Donna, right down to the installation crew who were exceptional and I’m sorry I can’t remember their names. They didn’t leave until we had a clear understanding of how everything worked. We love it!
