Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

I am pleased with my stairlift. Two improvements that I would add. 1

I did a lot of research prior to purchase. The product is great and has made my life much easier. The best part of the whole experience is the staff. Truly a very knowledgeable but more importantly courteous, helpful and pleasant to work with. The product is fantastic and so is the staff.

We would prefer an “elevator style” call system as opposed to the call and hold functionality of this unit.

It is giving back freedom of out house. I use it all the time, and my wife uses it to help when she is carrying household loads. Greatest thing since sliced bread.

Equipment performed as expected. Simple, well built, takes up minimum amount of space in the stairwell.

Product and personel were of the of the highest quality. I would recommend your product and installers to everyone! Thank you so much!

I researched online for different stair lift chairs. I really liked Bruno’s warranty and all the mechanics of the product. It has been such a relief for my knees not to have to go up and down the stairs.

Great employees! Those in the office as well as the installer. Everybody was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The stair lift is a life saver! It has enabled us to stay in our two-story home of 45 years instead of moving to a one-story, which would have been very expensive! Also, the stair lift is reliable and easy to operate!
