Our Unit began working on Apx.Dec21instlation began on Nov 2 Working Well -such a comfort to have it installed. The installation was a Disaster.! Three trips,1) installed 2) unit stopped mid stairs 3) Unit burned up, lots of smoke ! Technician Drake stayed with it until it was right Install 2 Nov-21Dec 2022 (Date not working )

Our experience with Chair Lift Store in Houston TX with the price for two stairlifts , installation & their taking time to educate we two 75 year old first time users of this mobility mode contributed to our first purchased "furniture" for our recently purchased 3-level town house.

It works beautifully and is easy to use.

Probably the most important aspect of the project was how helpful Patrick was in answering questions and addressing issues. As with all technology, there were some small problems, but they were addressed and solved. In any event, we really enjoy having the stairlift. It will allow us to stay in the house for much longer.

I had a fall on my stairs and hurt my knee so that I was unable to get out of the house. I had an important Doctors appointment so I needed a chair lift quickly. The local dealer that represented Bruno was wonderful. They got my chairlift installed within a few days with fast and courteous service.

Skip was fantastic. Lent us a straight lift while our custom one was being manufactured. Husband has Alzheimer’s so very difficult getting him up the stairs.

Very happy with the product, the dealer and the installation. If I had any suggestion to improve the product it would be to make it a bit quieter. Otherwise I’m extremely happy.
