We already have an Elan unit to go to the upper floor. We had another installed to the basement. Wonderful product. The new unit has a different seat belt arrangement - much like one in a car. The old one has the belt attached to the arms. The user in this case has a partially functional left arm and hand. The belt pulls out on the right and slots into a receptacle on the left. She cannot reach the receptacle with her right hand too far back and low. My solution will be to switch the belt reel and receptacle to the other side.

I had gone on the internet looking for stair lifts and decided on the Bruno. I called Access and the sales person came to the house that morning. He was very informative. I ordered 2 lifts 1 for the upstairs and 1 for the basement. The following Monday the installer came first thing in the morning and had them installed before noon. I couldn't be happier.

My folks were having much difficulty climbing their stairs. The stair lift has re-giving them freedom to move about their house. Both the salesman and installer were very professional and courteous. They could not be happier with the lift!

Big guy, at 65 knees giving out, my Bruno stairlift did the trick. Releived the knees first thing in the morning setting me up for a great day.

It was easy to decide what brand of lift to buy. The local installer was very helpful in deciding what model. It is installed and absolutely the easiest to use I have seen. I've tried several.
