Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Even installed on a Sunday. Wonderful company. Stair lift is great!!!

The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. The stair lift works as expected and now allows some of our elderly members to have access to the 2nd floor of our firehouse. Our only complaint was that it took a couple weeks extra for the lift to be installed due to not receiving the components at the local installer when expected. This did not cause any problems, just not installed when initially scheduled.

I am very pleased with the company that installed my lift. They were polite and knowledgeable. Don’t know if can mention names,but I will just say that the man that installed it was very thorough and made sure I knew how to use it before leaving.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great system, the only problem is that after only a month the lift started operating a little sketchily at one end. It probably needs a little track maintenance, not a major issue. Otherwise the system works great.
