The service was outstanding

Installation was quick. The installer explained how to operate the chairs perfectly. The sells man was courteous also. I only wish I had ordered one chair because it is a little difficult for my (106 yr. old mom) to transition to the second chair. Otherwise it reduces my fear of mom falling on the stairs.

Great experience from start to finish.

The people from Bruno were very helpful and professional. We visited their store in Saxonburg, Pa. and they answered all our questions regarding the stairlift. We purchased the Elan 3050 and they installed it the next week. It works great and looks great. Wife in now able to get downstairs to her sewing room.

Installer was fantastic. So far my husband is enjoying the lift that helps him just about every day getting to dr appts. And having total access to the whole house,

Zack and Paul were great. Took care with install. Only problem is on 1 of the lifts the button keeps falling out.
