Very pleased with our Bruno stairlift ! Employees were courteous , prompt and well trained !

Only regret is not buying it earlier. Paid $3750 (including $500 discount) in Delaware for the basic model that includes installation and usage training. Installed in two hours. I have straight stair with chair rail mounted on the steps. If you park the chair at the bottom of the stairs with arms, seat and footrest folded you have full clearance to move big furniture up and down. Chair only goes up to the one step below the landing area and rotates 90 degree to allow to get up safely without falling back into the stair.

I am totally satisfied with every aspect of getting and using my stailift. It is great!

Sales and install were perfection! The lift itself causing frustration as my husband is heavy and has difficulty getting the chair to click into place for travel to downstairs after the swivel at the top. He is tempted to dismount and walk down. Yikes. Very frightening.
