Installation great

We are tired of spending $210 every few months because the wiper design on the Bruno chair lifts gets clogged with rug fibers. I don't remember the salesperson telling us this. I can just imagine if we had a pet. I think it is presumptuous of the dealer and manufacturer to expect people over eighty to wipe down the copper contacts on a monthly basis. Bad design if you ask me

Easy getting in and out of seat. Then moving up and down

From sales to installation everything was so timely,easy, and more importantly professional. What a great team and great product. Could not be happier and we're all resting at ease getting up and down the stairs. Thank you!

Quality Functionality

I purchased a Bruno SRE-3049 Elan Stairlift with a Power Swivel in late 2022, and it has been a nightmare. I wish there was a lemon law for this. The power swivel worked intermittently for over a year until it was finally fixed by changing some parts and a pin. A few months later, it stopped working halfway, and I believe they changed the battery. Today, it has no power again, and a tech will need to come out. I deeply regret choosing this brand. Although my installer is good and hasn't charged me for parts, I would advise everyone to avoid this model.

Caleb was wonderful. Explained all in detail. Came back quickly when there was a problem. Ordered a replacement chair, came and installed. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I am so impressed with the strong sturdy build of the stair lift. it was custom made for my stair so my dad can use it when he needs to go upstair for showers. I am very please with it. Now, my dad can have less struggles with his physical challenge.
