It was installed on Dec. 26 2024 and so far is working beautifully. A fantastic Christmas present.

We had two chairlifts installed in our home (November 28, 2023 and December 13, 2024) and they have been lifesavers allowing us to be able to enjoy all three levels of our home. We highly recommend the Bruno Chairlift System. It truly is a game changer for anyone who has difficulty navigating stairs.

I never thought I would LOVE a stairlift but I live in a 3 story house with 14 steps going to the top floor and 14 to the basement. My husband fell down the stairs in 2019 and did not survive. How I wish we had put this in before that happened. After I had knee replacement surgery 2 months ago, I decided I better do it now. I loved the first one so much I'm putting another one on the stairs leading to the basement. This way I can stay in my house as long as I am able to live alone and don't have to worry about falling.

The key to our vehicle wheelchair lift broke in half while our lift was in the ground position. I can't drive the car until I get a key to lift the ramp. I took the broken key it to a local locksmith, and they did their best to duplicate the tiny key and charged me $0 since they weren't sure it would work, and it didn't. My last hope was to go through Bruno. Evidently Bruno wants nearly $18 to replace the key and $28 to ship it!!!! This is something that can be done easily for less than $10. Have we enjoyed the lift, yes, it is great. But do they need to rob you blind and take advantage of the predicament? Just put it in a small bubble envelope and mail, the key is half the size of my pinky and weighs nothing. We have enough life and medical expenses to deal with, this shouldn't be an additional burden!

Removal and reinserting chair was done professionally and complete. Technician was personable and helpful
