Had lift for less than one year. Barely works, at times it just sets at the bottom and makes screeching sounds for long period of time. And when it does go up it jerks and goes very slowly. Most of the time it goes down ok but the top door does not close automatically. Have tried to reach the installer, T&T Technology, INC for sometime with no reply from them.

Sales representative was honest and not pushy. The sales person gave us recommendations on which side of the staircase to have the stairlift installed, and other recommendations to make the installment best for our needs. He was a great representation for the company. The stairlift has been a godsend for my husband. He loves the independence it gives him.

The planning and installation of our Bruno stairlift for my Mom's use to get up and down the stairs was very professional. Highly recommended.
