My evaluation of BRUNO STAIRLIFT
After installation, the Stairlift required a return visit from the installers. The stairlift was preset from the Manufacturer and was extremely sensitive and wouldn’t go up and down the steps. The Stairlift still requires repositioning to go up or down the steps.

The installers Nick an Tyler were…
The installers Nick an Tyler were great. Very respective of my home. Fast efficient an cleaned up after themselves. My computer is currently down an I do not have printing capability from my tablet. I did call to list warranty on both stairlifts. I would appreciate being mailed a copy of my receipt an warranties.

Bruno Stairlift
Sales person and installer were very transparent in my dealings. I like that. The salesman also saved me money by letting me know that if this was deemed a medical necessity that I did not have to pay sales tax.

Our Bruno stairlift is an excellent investment
The sales representative was excellent. She was helpful, professional and took the time to answer all of our questions. The stairlift installer was also professional, caring and supportive. He demonstrated how to use the stairlift and took the time to answer all of our questions. This was a positive experience. We truly appreciate the helpfulness and support from the 101Mobility staff !
