I absolutely love brumate. The products are phenomenal! The customer service is absolutely some of the best I’ve ever experienced. I think people should realize that shipping issues are out of the sellers hand. I also run an online only business and shipping woes are probably our number one compliant, for something that is totally out of a sellers hands!! If we could ensure fast and timely delivery believe me we would and I know Brumate most definitely would! Leaving a bad review for a company for the horrible shipping is just something I’d never do. How about leave those reviews on the shipping service? As for brumate, this company always goes above and beyond and Dylan Is one of the most awesome Owners I’ve ever came across! The whole brand is made up of some of the best people and the products speak for themselves!! I have several Brübabies and each and everyone of them are stunning and keep my drinks ice cold for hours upon hours! If you’re thinking of investing in these do yourself a favor and do it! You’ll be met with a wonderful team of people who actually care about their customers and a fantastic product!

I ordered 3 of their Brüs over the summer and we LOVE them! I have 2 slims (bought the kids as well) and a 3 in 1 for the hubby. We won’t use any other koozie now! I want to get a regular 12oz now and maybe a 3 in 1 for me too. When there isn’t a crazy holiday season plus a pandemic going on shipping is about 7 to 10 days. I work in sales and had orders for customers placed around thanksgiving not show until after the holidays. It did suck but at the end of the day items can only arrive as fast as the shipping company will allow. I’m still waiting on orders from my own company that I thought would have arrived before Christmas. Oh and one of our Brüs showed up with a scratch and customer service was fast and polite! They offered to replace it or give us money off a second order! Only took maybe 48 hours to get the problem resolved!

Fast shipping and great customer service! I have 4 bru’s for myself and have bought others as gifts and everyone has loved them. Love all the colors and that my slim beers fit perfectly!

I ordered a slim in August. Waited patiently but it did not come, before I could write the email to question its location. I got an email from Dylan saying they had noticed that I had not yet gotten my slim and because I had route protection on my order, they would ship another one out immediately... within a week ( I am in Canada) I had my lovely slim in my hands. I appreciate the great product, but appreciate the great customer service more. Thanks Brumate!

These products are absolutely amazing. Brumate has products for everything and everything you could possibly drink. The durability and array of gorgeous colors sets them apart from any other! Customer service is always on point and quick to respond to or correct any issues. Love this company!!

Brumate makes the best products available for beverages without an absurd price tag. Hot drinks stay hot for hours, ice stays ice for days. The texture of the cups is wonderful, as some textures don't work well for me and The variety in sizes allows for there to be a brumate for everything! Their customer service is 2nd to no other company when there are issues too, which is rare.
