I LOVE Brümates! I have introduced them to friends and family who now love them just as much as I do! My 9 year old has a couple of her own too! Great company! Great product! Great customer service! Will be a life long Brüfamily member! ❤️

Order arrived faster than tracking! I was super surprised because I ordered like the 19th and still received my shipment by the 23rd... tracking showed delivery 12/28.

Amazing products and customer service the rare occasion I've need help with an order or product, customer service has been flawless! I recently received an order with a lid damaged in transit a quick email to customer service and a replacement was sent out immediately! By far the best company and products I've ever bought from!

I was reading the negative reviews & was blown away!! I can say that they ARE NOT representative of what the Brümate company is all about. I have been buying Brüs since 2017. The product is AMAZING!!! The customer service is AMAZING!!! I too had an order that didn't make it in time for Christmas. I was in contact with Route who I can say was utterly useless! I was in contact with customer service & Dylan James. Did they resolve the issue? Not exactly since my order arrived after Christmas, but I honestly believe that with the debacle they had on their hands with Pitney Bowes they did everything they could. Had an issue with a order error before, sent 1 email...rectified immediately. Everyone complaining about the recent shipping issues should not be a reflection on Brümate. The products I have are awesome! If you want to keep your beverage cold (or hot) every one of their products will do it!! The issue over the holidays will not sway my decision to buy again. I am proud to be part of the Brü family!! I highly recommend their products. The only reason for the 4 star review is because of the shipping mishap. Product alone review would be 10 STARS!!!

Every single order from BrüMate makes me smile and never disappoints. My most recent deliveries included a back tap (wow!) and an onyx leopard fifth with straw top. I can’t wait to see what else Dylan has up his sleeve!

Ordered Black Friday. order came a week later. Never had any issues! Use the pint daily. It literally keeps my ice cold through my whole 9 hour work day.

Christmas orders were not moving due to shipping issues; however, company/owner offered assistance and reshipped the items I ordered as soon as they became aware! Communication was excellent, fast, and the reshipped items arrived before Christmas!! Such an awesome and caring company! Love all the products I’ve ordered and I’ve ordered many!!
