Bru MateReviews of brumate.com

I have always had exceptional customer service from the BruMate team .

Best customer service ever. I was confused about a promotion—buy three items, get 20% gift card. The rep helped me understand, let me buy the third item on a separate transaction and gave me the gift card within a few hours. So awesome and such a great product!!

I bought my first Bru Mate this past spring to keep my beer cold during outdoor activities in hot Southern California. I’m a slow drinker and it keeps my beer cold! I have since orders my husband a Bru Mate and myself 2 more. Love them!

Best ever! Keeps my drinks cold for hours. I love the color variety and the versatility. Nothing compares!!!

I have ordered several items from Brumate and have been very pleased with their products. Customer service is excellent and I have had no shipping problems even during the holidays.

Seriously the best products. I started with the Slim and have since grown my collection. I ordered during the Black Friday sale. And while there were shipping delays, it was after the order shipped (faster than the stated timeframe). While they can’t control what happens after they ship the order, they bent over backwards to get items to customers in time.

Ordered a few Brüs for Christmas presents. They were not only shipped in a timely manner, they arrived on time and packaged amazingly! Love this company!

Love Brumate!!! These coozies are just the best! Excellent customer service and high quality! Super fun colors!
