Email sent said arrived- told to check my post Office. I went to my local post office, and they do not have it. Even though tracking said it was left nothing was left at post office or the parcel cabinet nor front door as I have cameras. I emailed them told them nothing was there. Response - Thank you for reaching out to us. I am very sorry to hear that you have not received your order #!!!! especially since you were expecting two pairs of shoes. Our records indicate that SDH marked your order as delivered on June XX at 9:34 am with tracking number SDH00XXXXXXXX. While I understand this is frustrating, we must follow our standard verification process before we can escalate this as a missing package. Before we proceed with the next steps, please kindly complete the following: • Check with neighbors or other residents at your address to see if the package was accepted on your behalf. • Search any secure locations where the driver may have left the parcel, such as a porch, garage, or mailroom. • Verify with your building office or front desk, if applicable. Please let us know within 48 hours if you are still unable to locate the package. Once you confirm these steps have been taken, we will investigate further to reach a resolution. I again reached out - Order was stated as received but did not please refund my order as I did not receive either of the shoes I ordered. Please reply if there are next steps. Response - Thank you for getting back to us! I truly understand, however, our carrier has confirmed delivery of your order on June XX at 9:34 am with GPS coordinates logged at your address. This case has been flagged for review. Please be aware that filing a false claim to obtain goods without payment may constitute mail fraud or wire fraud, which are federal offenses carrying penalties including fines and imprisonment. To proceed with your dispute, you will need to: 1. Sign a sworn declaration of non-receipt 2. Cooperate with a carrier investigation including GPS and photo evidence review 3. Provide a valid government-issued ID for our records If you wish to continue, reply within 48 hours. If this was a misunderstanding, no further action is needed on your part. I've never heard of a need to provide ID, photo or so on - I even paid for Shipping Protection - Total Loss $160.97 - and a month waiting for shoes that never came. Never heard from them on a call or email again. Company had me running around town looking for my shoes. What a scam.
