So the loafers I bought that took over two weeks to get comes from China, the shoes sole and wrap around ribbon are completely different colors than what's advertised the website has beigh soles with a beigh rib, the actual have a yellowish sole with a whit rib. Not to mention the horrible seam on the rib compared to the website. I haven't wore them out yet to see the comfort and how they hold up. I'll update my review with time.

I order a pair of shoes from Brooks ,when I was in the final sell Procedure in check out a offer was posted saying that my purchase could be reduced by almost $20.00 if I considered who wouldn’t want a $20 discount I hit that purchase at that cost buttom line low and behold it was a scam I had purchased the same shoe twice wt was going on so I immediately call then email the customer support team and a Tiffany responded with sorry we can’t refund your money however when your purchase arrived reach out and we’ll give you the information you need to return the extra pair of shoes and a refund this order took 3 weeks to get delivered and since I received it I’ve been trying to contact customer support and been ghost , can get a call can’t get Tiffany to respond , I will do my best in getting the word out that this company is not a trustworthy bunch more like liars or hook and crook service not for good for business I will not be doing business with this company at all had to learn the hard way
