Fast easy good sale and balue

Very easy to order.

Only an online purchase so far..... waiting to get how long until delivery. Praying mattress is what I need... cooling, pillow top that will hopefully last. Will update soon.

Easy to use website. Also used the chat bot to help compare two mattresses I was considering and it had a great breakdown of the comparisons.

I didn’t receive an email confirmation when I placed my order so I was worried that I got scammed. When I called, it was an AI service rep, whivh felt impersonal. Also, the AI said the documentation is not processed for 5-9 days- that’s a long time to wait for a receipt of purchase.

I had a pretty smooth experience shopping for a new mattress on the website. It was easy to find the mattress I wanted and the website made it easy to find the dimensions and the options. The website also made it easy to understand the benefits and features. The payment options are nice as well, since it includes pay over time, I was able to get the mattress I wanted and focus on paying later. Overall, thumbs up.

The mattress is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a very firm mattress, and the Plank Lux delivered. Easily the best mattress I've ever had. Thanks Plank!

What sold me was the ability to set my mattress up on my own. I did not have to plan when the delivery would arrive and be ready to have someone bring it in and put it on my bed. The twin mattress was delivered to my deck and since it was only 15x15x45 and 58 lbs I was able to manage everything on my own, including putting the encasement on. Everything was much easier than I expected, and I am so much more comfortable now with my new mattress.
