Love the idea that you don't have to…
Love the idea that you don't have to get a fancy toilet to get what you are wanting. Having this that attaches to your existing toilet is great and worth the money value. Should have had this going up but now it cuts down tissue paper consumption. I feels like I'm cleaner then ever and don't have to worry about cleaning myself off and waste lot of my value time.

The bidet is defective after only a…
The bidet is defective after only a couple of years. Then someone told me to send the bidet back or buy another remote, so I bought another remote. It wasn't the remote, it was the bidet. When I called back I talked to a technician, he told me how to test the remote and said it was the bidet that was not receiving the signal. All of which would have been avoided if I was able to talk to the technician in the first place. I am still dealing with this month's later. Thanks for your interest!

Brondell is a nickel and dime company…
Brondell is a nickel and dime company without question. I have two of their units and they are just obnoxious for after sales help. Sadly these ass wipes have a good product, by they need to flush their people.

Like using a bidet seat
We have a septic system and use a lot less toliet paper.

I have been a brondell customer for many years
I have been a brondell customer for 7+years, My first product was the swash 1400, from there I got the Revive air purifier, then the cypress water filter. Our newest addition is the Kitchen Faucet every single product we have is perfect, the few times we have reached out to customer service they have been very helpful. Brondell is an A+ company and its highly recommended.
