If I could give less than one *star, I would! The quality of the sweatshirt is horrible, cheap, polyester, thin. The embroidery is terrible and the items look nothing like the photographs! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

My product was never received and they would not issue a refund. Terrible customer service. I disputed the charge and they provided my credit card company with a picture of my house and a package saying that the product was delivered when I never received it...very deceiving!!! Do not purchase from this company!

I would like to leave no stars. Really crap cheap material, poor printing will be lucky if it lasts the summer certainly not worth £18 charged and then delivery took weeks and charged £6 ....total con dont buy from this company.

The product that I ordered was supposed to be customized to look like a picture that I provided. The picture was of a black hair, dark complextioned woman. What i received was a blond haired fair complexioned woman. I reached out to their customer support and was told it was made to the correct specifications. It has her name on it, so I can't even give it away. Terrible company. They stole my money.

A complete pile of rubbish! £21 for a piece of plastic that looks nothing like the photo you supplied! Please dont waste your money like I did, I put 1 star as it doesn't go any lower! Don't say i didn't warn you! Tatty rubbish is too good a word "AVOID THIS COMPANY"

Complete scam. The item delivered looks nothing like the item advertised. The item also took a long time to be delivered and arrived broken in two pieces. Do not waste your money.

Horrible Experience – Ruined a Special Gift I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I ordered a custom Mother’s Day gift (Order #6685313) with the understanding that it would arrive on time. It didn’t even ship when expected, immediately causing stress about whether it would arrive in time. When the item finally showed up, it was completely unusable. It included the name “Gigi” — something I would never, ever have chosen. My mother is “Grammy,” and this was supposed to be a meaningful gift from my children to their grandmother. Instead, it turned into a disappointing and upsetting situation. The most frustrating part? The complete lack of customer support. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of resolution, they simply repeated that the order matched the “confirmation,” with zero understanding or willingness to help. No accountability, no flexibility, and no care for the customer experience. Their customization system is clearly flawed. Pre-filled or “stock” names should never be left in personalization fields—it’s misleading and sets customers up for mistakes like this. Even worse, there are no safeguards to catch obvious inconsistencies before production. Because of this company’s poor design and even worse customer service, my children were unable to give their 81-year-old grandmother the gift they were so excited about. This was not just an order—it was a sentimental moment that was completely ruined. I will not be ordering from this company again, and I strongly caution others to look elsewhere.
