I purchased a product from Broderft and it was totally misleading. I double checked my order before submitting. The item I ordered was totally different from what I received. Not only was the statue that I ordered not a statue, the design I ordered was not what was ordered. I requested a refund from the company. They said that I ordered exactly what I received and no refund would occur. Even if I received the design that I ordered I could have given the gift to the recipient. The one I received I am totally not comfortable giving to the recipient. I order many things online and I am very unhappy with this company. I will make sure I let others know as well. They did not even deserve the 1 star I gave as that was the lowest option to choose from.

Do not use this company , what they advertise is not what you get it’s poor quality I was disgusted when my item arrived I’m currently trying to get a refund , now won’t answer me , the site should be shut down

When I received my order from this company it was of lamentable and extremely poor quality and nothing like the illustration on their website. Their website is totally misleading in the description of their products. The item I was sent is certainly not worth the £20 I paid for it. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I am not the only customer that has been conned, see other numerous negative reviews

Description is very misleading. VERY! Of course, now I know why the items were so CHEAP! Because they aren't worth the price I paid. Live and learn.

I waited and waited and waited for an order that was nothing like what I ordered AVOID AND KEEP YOUR MONEY

Extremely disappointed with this company. I waited WEEKS to receive my order, only to find that the product looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The main reason I purchased the shirt was because of the large, prominent embroidery shown in the product photos. When my order finally arrived, the emblem was tiny in comparison and completely changed the look of the shirt. The website provides no measurements for the embroidery, so customers are forced to rely on the photos—which, in my experience, were not an accurate representation of the product I received. To make matters worse, the embroidery on my shirt arrived curved, while the product photos show a straight design. When I contacted customer service and provided photos showing the differences, I was told that the embroidery placement is "fixed" and that variations are due to shirt size. That explanation does not address the fact that the embroidery appears dramatically smaller than advertised. After waiting about a month for delivery, the only resolution offered was a $5 refund. Considering the price of the item and the significant differences between the advertised product and what was delivered, I found that response insulting. I was excited to try this company, but between the long shipping time, misleading product photos, disappointing quality, and poor customer service, I would not order from them again and cannot recommend them to others.

Ordered a garden gnome type of sign for a garden box. Arrived today and to put it mildly it was 💩. I suggest you avoid this company at all costs. This was supposed to be a present for my wife. Never again load of 🦈🦈🦈

The item I received was totally different than what was pictured. Got absolutely no satisfaction when I told them so. Would never ever recommend this company.
