Absolute crap from China. Items are not as pictured in quality or color.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER They are a SCAM! They took my money but did not send my merchandise. Deceptive website.

I award them -3 stars. I paid full price for what was advertised as a college sweatshirt. After waiting weeks for shipment from China (conveniently not mentioned on their website) I received a poor imitation. Terrible quality and they advised they cannot give a refund because it was customized. Apparently everything they make is customed so they can claim they cannot give you a refund. After numerous emails they offered me $15 for a sweatshirt I paid $63.00 for but the quality received was probably a $10 sweatshirt at the most.

1 star — Order shipped after cancellation request I ordered flowers from Broderft for a birthday on February 16, 2026. Order #66844290 — $83.56, February 11 Order #66843890 — $75.96, February 10 When I realized the flowers would not arrive in time, I requested cancellation. However, the order was shipped after my cancellation request and delivered late, after the birthday had already passed. I requested a refund, but PayPal denied my dispute because the tracking showed that the order was eventually delivered. That does not change the fact that the flowers were shipped after I asked to cancel and arrived too late for their intended purpose. I find this treatment of customers extremely unfair. I would not recommend this company for time-sensitive flower orders. Think carefully before ordering if you need flowers for a specific date.

Truly disappointed. Suckered into buying a nice looking American Revolution 250 anniversary shirt. It was not only a light weight shirt, they printed the incorrect information on it and it took over two months to get back to me. They offered an apology and stated that i could have another one sent tom me if i was willing to send an additional nearly $17 to cover shipping costs. I informed them that i had grown tired of waiting on them and it wasnt worth the effort. Not recommend due to trust issues.

I ordered a shirt that looks like a male chest-- but the item I received did not look at all like what was shown online... the chest hair was pixelated and the nipples were located at/in the armpits-- totally unrealistic looking even though the online picture made it seem like it would look realistic. The company would not offer me a full refund so I had to involve my credit card company and ask them to refund me the money.
