The company would not refund their product that burnt my hair when used as directed. Used the excuse that it wasn’t applied by a pro. Sure, who takes their own products to their hair appt?! I have used keratins at home with great results with other brands.

As we informed you, according to the company's policy and rules, when the product has already been used/opened, we are unable to do a refund or exchange.
