Hello Bhupinder! I understand your concern when you notice differences in the product packaging. I would like to assure you that the product you have purchased is the same one we have always supplied, with the same quality formula that you know and trust. It is possible that there has been a slight change to the packaging due to design updates or other market adjustments, but this does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product itself. We want to ensure that you have total confidence in our products, which are original and come with an invoice. Best Regards, Team BRK
Unhappy Lowell C.
I bought this product 2 years ago from an European professional hair products store. I was very happy with it, the brass color was gone after using Lowell conditioner, it left a Grey silver color which was what I was looking for. I recently purchased the set shampoo, conditioner and a mask. paid a hefty price for it to have it shipped from Brazil. Unfortunately everything went wrong starting with the product that I suspect was a previous return or or was tampered with, and then the arrogant "customer sevice" who was asking for more proof than I already provided and who took no blame, and who said will going to send me a return label and never happened, and lastly with the product itself that didn't do ANYTHING on my hair. NOTHING, not even a faint shade of grey on my brassy hair. I would stay away from purchasing this product. You could find better product with lot less money. It's not worthy at all.

Hello, Liviana! We apologize if there was any miscommunication, we were talking to you by email and didn't hear back from you! We're sorry you didn't get the result you expected, we know how frustrating it can be. All our products are original and come with an invoice, and we make a point of packing them carefully to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, once the products leave our premises and are delivered to the carrier, we unfortunately lose control over how they are handled during transportation. This was an isolated case, as we don't usually have problems with this issue. We hope you'll give us another chance so that you can have a better experience with us! Best Regards, Team BRK.

Never received the items ordered, nobody answers in the number given, and the automated chat says I need to contact customer care, which must be a fake number because it rings, rings, but no one picks up, several different times and days. Worst…I checked with DHL and it shows the product stuck at customs in Brazil!!!!! Do I ever going to get my paid for order made in November?
Response from BRK HairDec 22, 2023
Hello Deborah, how are you? As I informed you via WhatsApp, we didn't receive a message or email from you, which is why we didn't contact you before! The number you tried to call is WhatsApp only. And as I also informed you, the Customs inspectors in Brazil are on strike and for this reason orders are taking longer than usual to be released. We're sorry about this, but unfortunately this is something that is out of our control as sellers. But there has been an update on your package, it's already in your country and it's on its way to you! If you have any questions, I'm happy to help. Best regards, Rafaela G.
