Virtually impossible to deal with. Took over an hour to pick up the van. They were not even busy. Since returning it I have needed to contact them and have... **Been on hold for an hour. **Left 8 voice messages for them to call me back. **Sent mail via their web-chat feature. NO REPLIES, NO CALL BACK, NO SERVICE. YOU GUYS SUCK.
