Good razor. Works like a charm

I have worn a beard for 20+ years. I have had many beard trimming products during that time. My new Beardscape is superior to any other product in its ability to get a really close and consistent trim … I even use it as my hair trimmer. It is a bit heavier in the hand than previous products (probably due to the quality trimming mechanisms), and the on/off button in my opinion could be placed somewhere else as I keep inadvertently keep switching the unit off while I am trimming.

PROS: quiet, feels good to hold, solid packaging, feels premium CONS: 1) does not have enough length options. my stubble falls in between the lengths that are achievable by this trimmer. therefore, it either cut too much beard for me or too little. 2) the trimmer head is very big, it is hard to use for precision cutting/trimming and lining. 3) does not ship to singapore. i had to order it to a friend in the US and had him bring over. it's gonna be very pricey to return the item, so there is no point. basically, i feel like i have wasted my money. and this thing is not necessarily cheap.

Package got lost through usps. Replacement package got lost through UPS. Since I purchased the Brio Beardscape to trim my beard for upcoming interviews, and the Brio Beardscape has not arrived; I have since had to shave off my beard to conduct the interviews. Brio has tried to get me my package, but the carriers have consistently lost my package. Now, two weeks later, I am waiting for a third replacement package through FedEx. I hope I finally get this one, and by the time I get it, I will have waited for three weeks.

Cheap plastic, too lightweight and unbalanced in the hand, does not cut close enough for line-ups, 3 out of 10, can not recommend. Don't believe the paid YouTube endorsements.
