Well made device is you’re using it “as is” but once you involve the smallest two guards you’re going to have an issue clicking them on and getting them aligned and getting them to stay on. For such an expensive product they should have found a way to have the guards securely click and stay in place. Brings down the entire unit.

Device function is good

Very good product but very bad costumer service . My product came after 2 weeks , and the people that talk to me about it were rude

Hi I don't have an issue with the product itself, but the fact that there are no warning labels on it or the box to not get it wet. After all the times I hear Aaron Marino on Alpha M youtube talk about it I've always wanted to get. It took me awhile to finally get it and a few weeks go by I drop it in the sink with water and while it was running pulled it out and the complete thing went to crap (screen is messed up and turns on by itself). Please if someone can contact me to either refund me or to possibly get another thank you.

To provide just a minute stubble I have much much cheaper product that does way better

Can’t give a clean shave to my mustache

I was a little disappointed in this product. The battery life is good and the screen info is useful however its too weak. I have to go over the same spot multiple times for it to cut hair. I use it on the highest setting and still it seems to cut hair very poorly
