If you have full thick beard please look somewhere else. Every time i trim my beard it pulls my hair and is painful. I bought it after seeing so many good reviews. But I think all those men have thin or soft beard hair. I am middle eastern and have full thick beard. I trim it down to number 6. Hope this helps someone.

They billed me for two products. One exploded in my hand when I powered it on. They refuse to take the stuff back. Refuse to call. Do not trust them
