Terrible company awful values - so one of my blade guards broke for a second time while it was in the brio travel protection case (which is ironically meant to protect it and also only holds 1 guard at a time, it’s totally not thought through, I think it’s a aliexpress product with their logo on it, kind of like the nose trimmer which doesent work at all). So anyhow, I went to order another and they can’t ship outside the US anymore - they sent me to Amazon who can, but the cost is 92$!!! So a tiny piece of plastic replacement part costs as much as the shaver. And they could help me but they did the usual pr talk of we care about you and value you as our valuable customer. But we can’t help uou. Looking for a new shaver now, would have been a customer for life as the shaver is good, but am sure there are others with competitive qualities…

If you live anywhere other than the US or Canada, please don't invest on this trimmer or anything from this company! I did a lot of research and found Brio to be the best in the market. I was happy enough to buy the Trimmer V2, Pro Travel Case, Body Blade, Zero Blade, and Blade Box. You do the math on how much I spent! (And for the customer service team, if you want to follow up after this, yes, I have the order number for each and every product I bought from you!) A couple of weeks ago, one of my length guards broke. I tried to contact the support team, and apparently because the UK store is closed, I can't get a replacement, despite the full year warranty. I still fail to understand what kind of customer service that is, but I would again emphasize, if you live outside of Canada and the US, never go for this trimmer!

Several issues with delivery caused by the courrier (you know the one that begins with E) - however resolved very well. Excellent customer service. I cannot praise Sarah more highly. Product purchased is good too, and does the job well.

I ordered a brio and it’s stopped working… I contacted brio 3 weeks ago and still no response from them. I bought the Beardscape because it was recommended by a lot of YouTubers but for the price it’s lot worth it and no help after their product went faulty on me!!

Excellent!! Bought beard trimmer from them a few years back and it still works , have bought a couple replacement blades but I will say their customer service has been top notch and it's no hassle of any issues with your product.

This is not the firs time I order over the phone and I always get something else rude manager and horrible customer service

I love my Beardscape and the customer service is excellent. I chipped my trimmer head so I bought a new one, but I had an issue installing it. I contacted the support team and they explained me what to do and ALSO reminded me that I still have a warranty. They then proceed to give me money back for the chipped trimmer head. I've been having the same beardscape for the past 2.5 years and it's still like new!
