Bring Fido is the first place we go to book a hotel when we are traveling with our dogs. We've never been disappointed with the service and the Pet insurance gives us peace of mind in case our high energy dog decides to chew something while we're gone. So far, we haven't had any issues, but it's nice to know we're covered in case something happens.

Easy searching
Search engine really helps narrow down options and is easy to use. Traveling with pets can be a challenge, but BringFido makes it a lot easier! We found an amazing place to stay while traveling with BringFido.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. THEY USE PEOPLE'S LOVE OF THEIR PETS TO SCAM THEM OUT OF MONEY. They do not vet the hotels. I booked through them and when I arrived at the hotel and checked into my room, there was mold, bugs around the bed ruffle, looked like someone attempted to clean vomit off the walls--you get the picture. I immediately checked out. Staff refused to refund, manager won't take my calls. BringFido says they cannot refund because there was a no cancelation policy, which I get, but not when the product is not as described; services were not rendered and conditions were unacceptable. Come to find out, they have an average Better Business Bureau rating of 1, and there are many similar complaints. They are also affiliated with Expedia, but Expedia refused to acknowledge this. However, BringFido confirmed they are affiliates. I will never use either of these services again. I am also filing a consumer complaint with the Nebraska Attorney General, regarding both the Ramada by Wyndham in North Platte, NE, but also against BringFido. There is recourse for these kinds of unethical businesses, but in the meantime, do not use their services. Reviews of the company reveal the same issues I have listed here in their handling of business.

BringFido connects travelers with pet friendly accommodations, and just like any reputable travel site, we provide guest reviews to help you make an informed decision about the establishment. The hotel you booked had 15 reviews on our site alone, and hundreds more provided through a TripAdvisor link on the same page, specifically to give you information about what you might expect at this particular property. Booking a non-refundable reservation allows you to pay a lower rate, but at the risk of not being able to cancel, thereby guaranteeing the stay for the hotel. It is a risk, and more often than not works out. We are not directly partnered or affiliated with the hotel you chose, but of course wish it had been a better experience.

you think you can trust what you read, but its all lies, I booked a room from the bringfido website, no pet fee, lies, I got an email and the host wants to charge 25 per night, your web site sucks, I had to wait 10 days to get my freaking Refund you losers, YOU SUCK!@!!

We're sorry you had a negative experience. The team we have dedicated to verifying policies with hotels before your stay did just as we would hope, and discovered the new info. Changes to hotel policies do happen, and that is why we double-check everything for every one of our guests. It sounds like you got a refund, but your financial institution was slower than you'd have liked in crediting your account. That is not something we control, but do regret you were displeased.
