*Just a note before my review: Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bath, New York do not see reviews from third parties such as this from Bring Fido. Reviews for the motel must be made on the motels web site. I traveled with my dog and I was very pleased with my stay from check in to check out. I had been on the road for five hours and arrived a few hours prior to check in time. The staff member was friendly, professional and accommodating. Every member of staff were phenomenal. There was a room available so I was permitted to check in earlier. I was so grateful after the long trip and my dog was as well! Safe distancing and hand sanitizer wipes, gel and foam readily available. "On the Go" breakfast due to Covid was available at the front desk. You request your preferences and the staff member bags your items to be taken back to your room. I was pleasantly surprised at the items available. Sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, breakfast bars, bagels, and all the condiments and paper or plasticware needed. The dining area was open for coffee from Keurig, quite a large assortment of herbal and regular teas. Again, very clean and tidy. My room was clean and tidy. I left extra on my tip as my dog was shedding. The premises was clean and tidy inside and out. The grounds were well taken care of. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Book directly through your hotel. They charged me a "special rate" but when I got to my hotel I discovered it would've been close to $100 cheaper if I hadn't gone through a third parting booking website. Update: After talking to a few representatives, they refunded me the amount of the over charge. BringFido is helpful because it suggests pet-friendly restaurants/activities/parks near your hotel. But they do charge a booking fee so I will still be booking directly next time.

I love the idea of an easy to use website to find places to stay with my family and pet. The one downside was the room I had originally purchased through the website was not technically a pet room at a bed-and-breakfast. The website did call me to notify me and asked me to call them back when I had an opportunity however the hotel called me first and I was able to fix it with them. My only suggestion is that bring fido.com somehow double checks to make sure the rooms that they offer are pet friendly.

Great website. I use this when traveling all the time! This helps my dog and I out a lot. I use the info here to plan my trips with my dog.

Very helpful to train your puppy and also adult pets if you have issues they also give you good information on healthy dog food which they sell and also treats very friendly and courteous my dog loved being able to be with the other dogs and have a play time

I've used Bring Fido several times in the past year. Every time it worked great - there were no issues at all. The most recent time I used it (2 days ago) we made the reservation about 1/2 hour before we arrived at the hotel. Everything was in place and we checked in quickly with no issues. I love this app!!

As frequent travelers, we are always looking for a break in terms of cost. We always take our 2 well-behaved dogs with us, so having access to a website that specializes in pet friendly lodging is very helpful. Bring Fido also publishes discounted rates that are often better than any other site on the web. Thank you for making our lives a little easier!
