I am going to book all my hotel stays through BringFido. I contacted BringFido a couple of times by email and got responses and help immediately. When I asked for a room by a parking lot entrance, we were happily surprised to get a room by the lobby (and not in the usual distant dog friendly rooms).

Always had good experiences on this site. When I've found information that was outdated or incorrect, they've removed it from their site immediately.

The customer service dept. at BringFido is so helpful! They answer quickly and they are more than willing to help. They changed my hotel reservation twice with no penalty when outside circumstances changed our travel plans and we’re overall extremely accommodating. I cannot recommend them enough!!

First time using Bring Fido and it really helped to narrow down pet friendly hotels in the area. I will definitely use them again on any of my Pet Rescue Transport and also leisure travel.Also 1 thing I really liked is that it communicates or has partnerships with hotels and they put me on the ground floor near and exit. I don't know if I got lucky or if this is standard but it is a great benefit.

BringFido has helped me several times find restaurants that were pet friendly and recently a nice Inn to stay at for a trip to Oakhurst.

We had to take our large dog 5 hours from home to a university vet school hospital for an urgent early morning appointment. This service was so helpful in a stressful time. We were able to quickly find and book a room convenient to the vet. The hotel was good and we were very pleased.

This is our 4th time using Bring Fido. Bookings are easy and the staff is very smart and friendly. Cancellations are made simple and employees go out of their way to check out the available places and any special requests.

Some people have dogs. Some people integrate their dogs in all they do. They have a dog car. The consider their dog(s) when they purchase a house! And their dog goes on vacation with them. That's us. I vacationed before the World Wide Web. It was difficult, at best, back then. I worked for an Internet company starting in 1998. I never dreamed then that it would grow to have a website like this and then an app for my phone. It makes life SOOOO much easier. Just the fact that we can go on a day trip and find the restaurants that allow dogs on their deck is huge. But easily finding hotels, etc?? Wow!!
