I was initially quoted $585 to transport my vehicle. On the scheduled pickup day, I was contacted by the contractor who stated that the Department of Transportation had pulled his CDL license and he could no longer complete the job. After reaching out to Kevin Miller, I was told he would find another contractor. Two days later, I received a new quote for $1,800—more than triple the original price. This felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I clearly communicated multiple times that I wanted to cancel and receive a refund, but as of now, I have not received my money back. I strongly recommend avoiding this company due to the lack of transparency, significant price changes, and poor follow-through on refund requests.
