I have to say that Brighton Consumer Care went out of their way to take care of me. I had a situation where I was in error with a warranty repair and they went out of there way to help me. They were patient and understanding. I can only compliment Lisa and her team for going the extra mile. Thanks and great job.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On July 8, 2026, I visited the Brighton Collectibles store located at 4425 Lyons Road, Building F-107, Coconut Creek, FL 33073, to return a bracelet that had broken after it had already been repaired a few months earlier. The moment I walked into the store, I was warmly greeted by Sales Partner Sabina Pierre. She welcomed me with a genuine smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. I explained my situation, and Store Manager Jaime also joined us. Both ladies listened with understanding and compassion. I shared with them that my husband loves surprising me with Brighton jewelry for birthdays, Christmas, and other special occasions. Over the years, I have built quite a collection of Brighton bracelets, necklaces, and rings, and I absolutely love every piece. Their jewelry is timeless, elegant, and beautifully complements my wardrobe. I receive compliments at work all the time because of the unique pieces I wear. I originally expected to have my bracelet repaired again, but Jaime went above and beyond. Instead of sending it out for another repair, she allowed me to choose another bracelet of equal value. To make the experience even better, my exchange qualified me for a $30 promotional discount, which inspired me to purchase another beautiful bracelet that immediately caught my eye. I especially want to recognize Sabina Pierre for her exceptional customer service. She patiently showed me the newest jewelry arrivals as well as the clearance collection, giving me plenty of options without ever making me feel pressured. From the moment I walked in until I completed my purchase, she made the entire experience enjoyable, personal, and memorable. Customer service like this is becoming harder to find, and both Sabina and Jaime made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make things right have earned my loyalty. This Brighton Collectibles location is a true five-star store in my book. It's almost impossible to leave empty-handed because every display has something beautiful that catches your eye! Top quality merchandise. I buy repeatedly and personally know everyone at my local outlet in Simi Valley, CA. I have bought many necklaces, a fully leather purse for my wife, a leather wallet, and charms to create bracelets. The staff has bent over backwards to help us out. Some days we've spent hours there.
